Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Reclaim Ur Credit ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use reclaimurcredit.com and our do-it-yourself credit-dispute-letter tool (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account & identity details: your name, mailing address, email address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number (used to format compliant dispute letters).
- Payment information: when you pay the $10 per-round fee, your card or payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe (and, where offered, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Dispute details: the contents of the credit report you upload, the accounts and items you choose to dispute, your answers to our dispute-strategy questions, and the letters generated for you.
- Communications: messages you send us through contact forms or email.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, and analytics.

- To maintain, improve, and protect the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Providers

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you may exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out, by contacting us using the details below.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and dispute records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Uploaded credit-report files are processed to extract disputable items and are deleted after analysis. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
