Reclaim Ur Credit

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reclaimurcredit.com and the Reclaim Ur Credit do-it-yourself credit-dispute-letter tool (the "Service"), operated by Reclaim Ur Credit ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important: Reclaim Ur Credit is not a law firm and is not a credit repair organization. We do not provide legal advice and we do not perform credit repair on your behalf. We provide self-help software and educational tools. We make no guarantee that any item will be removed or that your credit score will improve.

1. What the Service Is

The Service is a self-directed tool that helps you analyze your own credit report, identify items you may wish to dispute, and generate dispute letters that you review, sign, and mail yourself. You are the one disputing your credit — we provide the software and information that helps you do it.

2. Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service. Information about the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), FDCPA, FACTA, or any other law is provided for general educational purposes only. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Not a Credit Repair Organization

We do not act as a "credit repair organization" as that term is used in the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or similar state laws. We do not perform credit repair services for you, we do not contact bureaus or creditors on your behalf, and we do not charge for the removal of information. You perform all disputing actions yourself using the tools we provide.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Credit outcomes depend on the accuracy and verifiability of the information on your report and on decisions made by credit bureaus and furnishers, which are outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be deleted, corrected, or updated, or that your credit score will change. Results vary from person to person.

5. Fees & Payment

6. Your Responsibilities

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, templates, text, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own credit disputes. The letters generated for your personal use are yours to send.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your disputes, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
